A graduate of English Language & Literature Olutoyin is a driven, innovative and articulate Chief Operations Officer. She performed in Tele-media and Brands Management before venturing into the Real Estate Development and Investment management industry. In the last 10 years, she has held active Executive Management positions in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry and gained formal training and experience in Project Management, Facility Management, Hospitality Development and Construction.

In the course of her career development, Olutoyin has invested in courses to study Real Estate Project Finance affordable/mass housing, alternative building technologies, development finance and mortgage structures. She also holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University).

Olutoyin is a valuable and dedicated member of the NetConstruct Management team, lending her expertise in Strategic planning, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing, Effective team coordination, Communication and Business Development; to the achievement of the firm’s corporate goals.
